Dr Paul Hardisty is a Strategic Advisor at Adaptus. He brings forty years of experience as a values-driven leader of science, engineering and environmental organisations at Director, CEO and Board level. Paul has a proven record of delivery (getting things done safely), impact (creating value), financial performance (exceeding revenue and profit targets), and environmental excellence (doing good for people and the planet).
Paul’s wide international experience combines strategy, program and project consulting across industries with an understanding of entrepreneurship, the private sector, and the workings of government. He is a strong communicator through the written and spoken word, proficient in several languages, experienced with all forms of media, and an accomplished writer and public speaker.
Over the last two decades, his work and research focus has been on helping organisations achieve superior and sustained triple-bottom-line performance in a way that benefits not only shareholders but the community and the environment. He has published widely on the subject of decision-making under complexity and uncertainty, including two textbooks and several peer reviewed journal articles.
Paul holds a Doctorate, Masters of Science, and Bachelors degree in Engineering.
